Siapa pernah baca novel RADHA? Relevankah Aku Di Hatimu giteww.

Katalah, aku ikut purata.

Puratanya, semua orang ada internet dan smartphone. Betulkan? Sebulan kau pishang tak tahu nak buat apa, scroll twitter, IG, FB dan bermacam soc-med dah kau scroll, sampai rasa macam, 'Ya Allah, bilalah fasa PKP ni berakhir?'

'Tapi, aku tadak mood nak tulis..'

'Nak tulis mende?

That's it!

Blog sentiasa dicari orang.

How???

Well, perkara pertama bila korang curious tentang something, korang pergi mana? Google kan? Katalah kita curious tentang cerita hantu yang berlaku dekat hostel UiTM Lendu, dan kita pun taip....

'UiTM Lendu berhantu'  dan tekan search.

Search curious

Contoh lainnya pulak, resepi nasi goreng kampung.

Misalnya:

  • Post pasal Apa itu Poyo?

  • Tragedi aku kena tipu Mak Cik TBS

Paling hits sekali, pasal Sains Geomatik. Padahal semua tu aku tulis empat lima tahun lepas. Tapi makin lama, makin relevan (lagi relevan kalau sentiasa update mengikut peredaran zaman).

Jadi, kalau korang tanya aku,

relevankah blog dizaman millennial ni?

sampai bila-bila pun aku akan jawab YA.

Ia sentiasa relevan.

Rome was not built in a day  & There's always room for improvement

A motorcross bike is not like an ordinary motorcycle. The bike is designed for high performance, meaning it can go through all kinds of terrain. If you want your bike to serve you well in a race, you must give it the best maintenance and service possible. When your bike is in tip top shape, you can be sure it will give you a competitive advantage on the tracks. A bike that’s not regularly maintained is definitely a pain in the neck. With such a bike, you will have to stop every now and then due to mechanical problems. Fortunately, maintaining a bike is not rocket science. You can therefore do almost everything on your own without involving a mechanic. Here is a list of tips on how to prepare your motorcross bike for the next race.

1. Tires

You should examine the tires on a daily basis. This is because they are the ones that get punished the most when the bike is on the move. In fact, tires that are used in motorcross bikes wear out much faster than those that are reserved for ordinary motorcycles. As you are aware, the terrain that these bikes go through is unforgiving. There are rocks, tree stumps and trenches that accelerate the tear and wear of such tires. Once the tread of the tires start wearing out, you should consider getting a replacement right away.

It’s also advisable you replace the front and the rear tires at the same time. This is because they are exposed to the same extreme conditions.

2. Drive Chain

This is basically the part that conveys energy in motion from the engine to the rear wheel. In other words, it’s exactly the part that causes the rear wheel to roll. When the chain is not well maintained, it can easily break when the bike is already in motion. Such a mechanical failure can result in a fatal accident. However, you can avoid such trouble by lubricating the drive chain.

The best time for lubricating is when the engine is still running. In fact, you don’t have to buy a special lubricant. You can actually use the old engine oil. For best results, you should clean the drive chain with pressurized water after every race and then rinse it with paraffin. This helps in removing mud and other debris.

3. Engine Oil

Engine oil helps in ensuring that the moving parts don’t come into direct contact with each other. With an ordinary bike, you are allowed to go up to six months without changing the engine oil. But with a motorcross bike, the oil has to be changed every two months. As a matter of fact, the frequency of changing engine oil is determined by the number of times that you compete in a month.

As mentioned earlier, motorcross bikes are used in extreme conditions. It’s actually a dusty affair. The resulting dust usually gets trapped into the air filter, meaning some it still get mixed with the oil. By changing the oil more often, you are able to prevent it from breaking down or thinning much faster. The good thing is that you can always keep the old oil and use it for lubricating other moving parts. You can get high quality engine oil at SoloMotoParts.

If you decide to sell your home so that you can afford a new one, you may experience a period of homelessness, especially if you run into some monetary problems. Maybe you are yet to receive the proceeds from your old house, or the bank has not approved your loan. In such case, you will need to look for a place to live for a short period of time. You can decide to rent an apartment or live in a hotel until you can move to your new home. A bridging loan can help you to “bridge” this gap between the sale of your home to the purchase of a new one.

A bridging loan allows you to borrow up to 15 percent of the value of your new home. The loan comes with a six-month tenor. When applying for a bridging loan, you need to provide your Option to Purchase document. The document is the contract for your new property that gives you the right to that home. Most banks that offer home or mortgage loans also provide bridging loans. However, you cannot apply for a mortgage and a bridging loan from different banks.

A bridging loan often comes with an interest rate of around 5% to 6% per annum. Most banks allow you to service the interest during the tenor, and repay the rest of the money after receiving the proceeds from your old property. Bridging loans are often expensive since they come with high-interest rates and fees. Make sure you consider the tenor length, interest rate, and expenses before applying for a bridging loan. There are two types of bridging loans to choose from: capitalized interest and simultaneous repayment bridging loans.

Capitalized Interest Bridging Loan

The repayment of this bridging loan is activated after you receive the proceeds of your original home. The bank then finances the entire amount of your new property. The interest rate accrues over the tenor period.

Simultaneous Repayment Bridging Loan

In this type of bridging loan, the bank demands that you make payment of both your new property and bridging loan at the same time. The bank provides you with a 12 month period in which you are expected to sell your old home and repay the loan.

Singapore is one of the most expensive countries in the world. As such, you need to ensure that you get the cheapest bridging loan available in the market. Choose a financial institution that does not strain your finances and at the same time, allowing you to get your dream property. Make sure that the amount your bank is offering is sufficient to avoid topping up. You should also consider your Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) when applying for your loan. TDSR is a government framework in Singapore that keeps your loans and balances in check. The structure calculates the percentage of your income that goes into repaying your loan. if your TDSR is at 40%, no more than 60% of your income should go to debts.

Wearable devices have gained great popularity in the health and sports sectors. The technology has made it possible to collect accurate data...

Wearable devices have gained great popularity in the health and sports sectors. The technology has made it possible to collect accurate data even when we are asleep. However, it is important to take note of the fact that these devices can pose potential hacks and cybersecurity threats to users. The privacy concerns with wearable gadgets recently brought a lot of attention from the use of a fitness app by the US soldiers.

Actually, in a recent warning news post at wearable technologies conference website, the Department of Defense at Pentagon had to issue a directive prohibiting all US soldiers in warzone from using smartphones and wearables devices. The directive followed a hack to their wearables which gave their exact location thereby making them an easy target to attack in warzones. This is a typical example of a failure during the design stage where Strava didn’t foresee the potential threat that the health map had in exposing soldiers.

Why privacy is a major concern?

There various privacy concerns that have now come to the limelight about wearable devices. These are mainly attributed to the use of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth while connected them to mobile devices like smartphones on an unsecured network. Below are a few examples of security breaches that wearable technology can expose your private data.

The health and fitness sector has a profound use of the wearable technology with a 2018 Accenture research showing 20% and 17% young and old Americans respectively using the devices to collect health data. The health data such as heart rate, blood pressure, calories burnt and other data have come a long way to help detect health issues and aid early treatment. In spite of this, the data can potentially fall into the wrong hands owing to vague healthcare data protection policy. This means that health professionals can easily be compromised to share data with insurance companies for malicious use.

Additionally, the wearables apps that usually come as a package with the devices and can easily be manipulated. This is attributed to the fact that most manufacturers pay little attention to the control panel that hosts these apps. Moreover, there are many cloned apps that in a way can make it a challenge for the user to differentiate between authentic and spam. This means that one can easily download and install a bug that can access other personal data such as bank emails. As if this is not enough, the authentic apps can also be hacked to input incorrect health data that can misguide the user.

Another potential area where wearable devices can expose private information to the public is the use of a wearable camera. The rising market factor attributing to a rise in the use of wearable cam as claimed by the Market Match include; growing demand in outdoor tourism and sports activities, and cutting edge technology that makes cam very tiny and not easy to detect. This being said, don’t be surprised seeing yourself or your loved ones trending on social platforms in case you get captured unawares. The images can as also be captured in compromising position and which can later be used as potential blackmail threats at your workplace or with your loved ones.

Looking at sports wearables ranging from shoes to smartwatches, most of them rely on GPS and Wi-Fi to collect real-time data. This is actually good since the technology captures metric data like the distance covered, pace and speed where such will later be analyzed to improve performance. Moreover, the GPS technology helps you keep track of running direction and keeps your coach and loved one posted of your whereabouts. Despite the good that comes with sports wearables, these can easily be accessed by other 3rd parties to monitor your movements and plan possibly anything to meet their ill motives.

So what can be done to avert privacy hacks in wearable technology?

Having discussed the above loopholes in wearable technology, this is not to say that we completely avoid using them since there are always solutions that we can input to secure wearable privacy. These measures include but not limited to ensuring good investment in quality wearable gadgets that comes with proper security integrity features. Where your shops is also another factor since it is very easy to get counterfeit products in cheap stores. For instance, if you searching for the Apple watch, research on where the store gets their supplies and run a scan code to verify authenticity. Concerning health data shared with your physician, it is important that you run a background check on him before you can finally trust him with your health data and lastly but not least, ensure you are connected to a secured connection to prevent illegal hacking.

For this to work, wearable makers should caution their customers of privacy threats that come with using wearable technology and inform them on what they need to do or not to prevent unintentional use that may expose them.

The bottom line

Even with the above recommendation, the most important changes that will see a lot of improvement in preventing wearable privacy hacks should come from manufacturers. The wearable manufactures should conduct a security risk assessment to determine potential privacy threats that can arise from their various products. Based on the findings, they should then design a security system that will serve to protect users security during the design stage and subject it to through tests before they finally release it to the market.

Dua minggu lepas, aku rasa terlalu down sampaikan rasa nak harakiri pun ada.

Lagi-lagi manjakan diri sendiri. Kesian dia, baru sekarang tuannya nak belajar cara jaga diri sendiri. Jadi, post kali ni, aku nak ceritakan macam mana cara aku self care on budget.

treat your self

Namalah baru nak belajar cara jaga diri sendiri, nak manjakan diri kan...benda yang nak kena beli mestilah termasuk; scrub badan, losyen, krim malam, krim siang, perlindungan UV dan sebagainya (since barang yang aku beli tu mostly tadak pakej percubaan, ambiklah saiz paling kecil yang dia ada).

Aku belajar benda macam ni agak lambat jugaklah.

  • Bawa diri makan sedap sebulan sekali

Tasty food

Kalau mampu, pergilah belanja diri dengan makanan kesukaan dengan harga mahal. Bukan selalukan? Jarang-jarang.

Sebab selalunya semua barang tu tahan setahun. Berbaloilah kan? Beli produk penjagaan muka dengan harga mahal tapi tahan setahun. Samalah jugak dengan make up dan lain-lain. Aku jenis manusia yang akan target something pricey of quality instead of temporary beauty. Ecececececeh....

Okaylah, budget tu takdelah badget sangat. Tapi, kalau dibahagikan dengan setahun, sangatlah jimat;

400 / 365 = 1.10

Jimatlah kan?
Kalau korang pulak, selalunya habiskan berapa untuk belanja diri sendiri?

Home buyers often face many hurdles before finding their dream home. The most significant challenge they face is knowing exactly where to look. Delightfully, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) makes this work easier by availing accurate, well-organized data regarding all the properties that are up for sale in a particular region. The MLS is simply a database that’s created and managed by a bunch of cooperative real estate agents. Apart from providing detailed info about homes and properties for sale, the MLS also offers an effective mechanism for rewarding buyer brokers. You can easily view these accurate MLS listings and purchase your next property soon.

Here are 4 tips to finding MLS listings:

1. Get a smart real estate agent who knows the ropes

Locating a good home in a serene neighborhood isn’t quite as easy as it sounds, even when you’re using the internet. You’ll need to use your acquired networking skills to establish some of the best locations to reside in. Your family, friends and colleagues could help you find the most homely neighborhood. Next, get a comprehensive list of top real estate agents within the region and ask for their guidance. Select the best agent and contact him/her. In most cases, they’ll have access to the most detailed MLS listings.

2. Be quick to grab new opportunities

It’s often said that the early bird catches the worm. The current real estate market is quite competitive – any good deals that come up are grabbed extremely fast. If you want to succeed in securing a value-added property that’s listed on the MLS, you’ll have to be extremely fast. You get a variety of perks when you’re among the first individuals to close in on a real estate deal. Chances are, your offer will get the nod long before other people have the chance to view the property. Responding quickly to great MLS deals helps you avoid nasty bidding wars and unfair competition.

3. Check for MLS listings online

Technically, MLS listings aren’t made directly available to the general public – they’re issued to participating brokers. However, these brokers can freely share this information to other people who are actively looking to purchase prime property. Some of these real estate brokers are so generous that they place their listing in their distinct websites. You simply need to conduct thorough online research to get a list of websites belonging to local real estate agents. After you’ve created a list of these sites, check out each individual site and review any MLS listings that might be available.

4. Don’t be too hasty

If you’re looking to get competitive deals on property, then take your time. Some home sellers really struggle to get their houses sold, prompting them to accept lower offers on their property than earlier anticipated. Normally, properties that have been listed on the MLS for more than six months will cost less. It’s only natural for sellers to sell off their properties at lower prices when they’ve been in the market for longer than six months. Therefore, request for an accurate list of all properties that still exist within the MLS listings after six months, then make different offers that fit into your budget.

These four tips will help you find the best MLS listings.

Swimming is a great sport for everyone. Diving, on the other hand, takes the game to the next level. If you love exploring the deep waters, you need to learn how to dive. Diving takes time and expertise. You cannot transition from being a swimmer to a diver overnight. You have to follow the process patiently. Here are four things that you need for a successful dive.

1) Scuba Mask

A scuba diving mask is a mask made for the face. While underwater, you need the cover to function well. The mask links to a gas tank that carries the air you breathe. The mask should be able to support your vision underwater. You will need to see while deep in the water Salty water can be hard to deal with as it irritates the eyes. There are many scuba masks in the market. Click here for info on the best scuba masks that you can buy. A great cover will fit you right and give you the support you need to dive for as long as you can.

2) Scuba Tank And Fins

As mentioned earlier, a scuba mask holds the air that you use for breathing while diving. While underwater, you cannot rely on locking in your breath. The gas tank will keep your air. It is attached to your back, and you can use the tank for some time while you are diving. You should always check the tank to ensure that you have enough air while underwater. Fins help you swim like a fish. They are made to enhance your ability to navigate in the waters, and they help you steer your body through the water.

3) Wetsuit And A Jacket

You also need your usual swimming gear to dive. A wet suit is the best diving gear. The suit is form-fitting. It covers all the parts of your body. The best use of the costume is that it allows you to navigate through the waters with ease. While rooted in the water, regular clothes can make it hard for you to swim. Diving takes time and expertise. You cannot transition from being a swimmer to a diver overnight. You have to follow the process patiently. Here are four things that you need for a successful dive.

It is attached to your back, and you can use the tank for some time while you are diving. You should always check the tank to ensure that you have enough air while underwater. Buying a home can be one of the most excruciating and overwhelming experiences more so for first-time buyers. Setting out to find the right house is never an easy task. It involves complex issues right from the start to the end when you finally move in. Sea Pines is one of the highly sought private residential places on the Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood boasts of a vast number of residential properties magnificently built with a blend of different architectural tastes. Below is a home guide with essential tips to help you make the best buying decision:-

1. Determine the Community Type

So, if you are a lover of the deep-waters and the blue ocean scenery then Calibogue Cay, Oceanside, and South Beach neighborhoods should be the best places for you.

If you enjoy being tucked away quietly in secluded areas with trees and beautiful golf courses surrounding you, then Club Course, Harbour Town, and Central Plantation neighborhoods should work finer for you. Either way, the Sea Pines houses are individually furnished allowing you to customize them further to your preference.

3. Determine Your Home Needs

If you need a place that will offer you the best value for your money, Sea Pines is the place to be. Based on your needs, at Sea Pines, you will not miss finding a home that will be appropriate for you and your family. Knowing your home needs will ensure that you can get the right home without stressing much. For instance, a perfect address if you happen to be a retiree would be the Residents Club located just outside the Sea Pines Country Club.

4. Assess the Amenities Nearby

Sea Pines is one of the popular neighborhoods in Hilton Head Island. You will have the privilege of being close to various splendid and exclusive lifestyle amenities. Sports facilities including water sports facilities, golf courses, and tennis courts, dining centers, forest preserve, sandy beaches, schools, luxurious hotels and lodges are all available within the Sea Pines neighborhood. 5. Do a Thorough Home Inspection

Once you have finally settled on the home you want to purchase at Sea Pines; the next step should be ensuring the house is inspected thoroughly. Paying a premium price for a substandard house is pointless. Nobody wants to be burdened by their dream home.
